Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Players must be 18 years of age or older. Bearo reserves the right to verify age, identity and location at any time. Residents of restricted jurisdictions are not eligible to register.

2. Account

Each user may hold one account only. Multiple accounts are closed immediately, balances confiscated and bonuses voided. Bonus abuse and chip dumping are strictly prohibited.

3. Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus is 60% on the first deposit up to 1,000 USDT with 35x wagering on the combined deposit and bonus within 10 days. Maximum bet while the bonus is active is 5 USDT. The sports welcome bonus is 50% up to 500 USDT with 25x wagering. Weekly free spins carry 40x wagering.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is 20 USDT (or 10 USD for cards). Minimum withdrawal is 20 USDT. Daily withdrawal cap is 10,000 USDT, weekly 50,000 USDT, monthly 200,000 USDT. VIP players may negotiate higher caps. KYC is required before the first withdrawal.

5. Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months incur a small monthly maintenance fee until the balance is withdrawn or the account is reactivated.

6. Player Conduct

Prohibited: automated software, exploiting software errors, money laundering and fraud. Bearo reserves the right to suspend suspicious accounts pending investigation.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first handled by customer support. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter is referred to the licensing authority. The authority's decision is final and binding.

8. Restricted Jurisdictions

Bearo does not accept players from: the United States, United Kingdom, France, Iran, North Korea, Russia, China, Spain (regulated), Netherlands and a number of other countries. The full list is available on request.

9. Changes to Terms

Bearo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Active players will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
